The Global Jamaican Diaspora Council – GJDC are here once again. Are you willing to serve for 3 years, be part of the process, and give support in your local community at home and abroad? The Elections of both GJDC and Youth Council is taking place over the next few months.

The Global Jamaica Youth Council (GJDYC) Elections

What is the GJDC?
The GJDC is a platform where you can engage between Jamaica and the Diaspora. The Council promotes inclusivity, networking and collaboration between the Jamaican Diaspora and Jamaica. To represent and take part in The Global Jamaican Diaspora Youth Council elections you will need to be a minimum 18 years old, dedicated to building the youth and Jamaica.
“The responsibilities of the Council include the conceptualization and recommendation of support systems and administrative initiatives to enhance collaboration between Jamaicans at home and those living overseas”.

Government of Jamaica, in particular the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Foreign
